By creating an account or using Zeeshan Ali (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
Zeeshan Ali monitors clicks on your Google Ads campaigns, scores them for signs of fraud or invalid traffic, and — depending on the protection mode you choose — automatically or on your approval applies blocking actions (such as IP exclusions) directly to your connected Google Ads account.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at the contact address below if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service's features. We don't collect payment details to start a trial, so nothing is charged automatically when it ends. If you haven't chosen a paid plan by the end of the trial, automated protection pauses (your data and settings are kept, not deleted) until you upgrade.
Zeeshan Ali's plans are not billed through an automated card-on-file subscription today. To move to a paid plan, you request an upgrade in the dashboard or by emailing us, and we arrange payment and activate the plan manually — usually the same day. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice; changes won't apply to a billing period you've already paid for. You can cancel or downgrade at any time by emailing us — there's no lock-in contract.
You grant Zeeshan Ali access to your Google Ads account by linking it to our manager account inside the Google Ads interface, choosing an access level (Standard/Admin access is required for automatic blocking to function). We only take the actions your chosen protection mode authorizes — monitor-only, approve-first, or automatic blocking — and log every automated change we make. You can revoke our access at any time by removing the manager link in Google Ads, which stops any further action immediately.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation; exceed the site or click-volume limits of your plan by circumventing our metering; or use the Service to monitor or act on a Google Ads account you don't have the right to manage.
Fraud detection is probabilistic, not perfect. The Service reduces exposure to invalid and fraudulent clicks, but it cannot guarantee it will catch every fraudulent click or that every click it blocks would otherwise have been fraudulent. You're able to review automated actions and reverse any of them (the "undo"/allow-list feature) — you remain responsible for reviewing your own Google Ads account and settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeeshan Ali and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost advertising spend, lost profits, or a click incorrectly blocked or left unblocked. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.
You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used for abuse, or has an unpaid balance that isn't resolved after we reach out about it.
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
